The team handle both state and federal filings. I received all approved documents in less than 30 days. During that time, if I had any questions, I received an immediate response. Comments: Wow! We just can't say Thank You enough!!! We are Green Owl Gaming, a nonprofit that is trying to provide a safe fun place for the youth in our small town to hang out. It's amazing to have our 501c3 and be able to start acquiring the funds we need to make this place as fun and entertaining as possible. We are so very excited. Comments: Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Floyd Green Financial Services! I just got my 501(c)(3) certification -- it took only 3 months from when I mailed the Form 1023 to the IRS. After hearing of other nonprofits waiting from 6 to 18 months, I never expected to get this back approved so soon. The FGFS associates that worked with me were real pros. All were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Most importantly, they eliminated any anxieties over whether or not I'd filled out the 1023 correctly. And the cost was much, much less than if I would have used an attorney. I strongly and enthusiastically recommend FGFS to anybody starting a non profit business.
