Comments: Hello Everyone, My name is Pastor J. Alvin Washington. I am writing to let everyone know of the awesome credibility of Floyd Green Financial Services! What I'm about to tell you is all true and I'm not being paid to say it. I want Everyone to hear my story! For several years now, I have desperately been trying to attain my 501(c)3 status for our church and our non-profit development corporation, only after tirelessly dealing with several companies, organizations and even some attorneys, who were supposedly knowledgeable enough to help me attain my status, but could not. I spent and wasted thousands of dollars over the span of [and I'm embarrassed to say] of 20-years, on people who were introduced to me by credible church and state officials, through Pastors conferences, etc... only to end up with a tremendous amount of wasted time, money, and all my energy. Some, filed our papers without knowing how to properly complete the 1023 form, (because they did not know how) and we paid them but because we are not experts, we had No knowledge that They did not know what they were doing. Some, were too expensive wanting thousands of dollars for a minimal amount of work, charging 5 and 6 times more than others in the field. Others, just simply took our money claiming they had filed our paperwork, but only later having us discover through IRS, that nothing had ever been filed. Not to mention, how hopeless, discouraged and defeated I felt as a pastor, not being able to get this done, despite my being an educated, careful, cautious, and prayerful individual about any business dealing. After being shaken down so many times by charlatans and business wannabees, I searched desperately, long and hard for a credible, qualified individual who could help me gain my status. It was then, I discovered Floyd Green Financial Services over the internet. It brings tears to my eyes to talk about it but, bewildered, ..... I contacted Mr. Green's office on April 22, 2014 and initiated the process with him May 1st, 2014. His wonderful assistant, Chelsea helped walk me through the process and I report to you that on August 6, 2014, I received my 501c3 Status for City Light Community Development Corporation! After 20-yrs of dealing with the wrong people and feeling brokenhearted over this issue, I received my 501c3 Status in only 4-months! Thanks to Mr. Floyd Green and his financial services Team! FGFS is Knowledgeable, Experienced, Excellent in Service and their Price is Very Reasonable! Thank you Mr. Green! I am forever your Client and I will certainly tell other Pastors about you! Comments: I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at Floyd Green Financial Services for all the assistance they provided me with in obtaining my 501c3. A special thank you to Tina who assisted me throughout this process. I can't begin to express my excitement except to say I'm so elated I can shout it from the roof top. I first began in 2007 with attempting to complete this process and just became so frustrated I put it aside quickly recognizing that I was not an expert in this process. After receiving a referral through from word of mouth from one of your previous clients I researched your company and made a note when funds became available I would pursue my 501c3 through your agency. Tina was kind in reviewing my initial information request last year but I received an email this past December with an offer that your company would provide services for all three components of beginning a 501c3 which included the articles, business plan along with the 501c3 application I couldn't pass up on the great offer. I feel it was the best decision I made and at a great cost as well. I've told others who I've ran into who are attempting to obtain a 501c3 about your company, maybe now with this approval they will take advantage of allowing the experts handle their application.

Comments: I have a couple of lines I would like to say about you. Thank you for all your help! Pleased is not the word I'm searching for, ecstatic, is the word that I'm looking for.. These folks handled everything. Much simpler than I could've ever dreamed of. The only lawyer in this area of West Texas willing to tackle a 501c3 told me that this would be a long work in progress, with much paperwork on my side. Also for the paperwork on his side of the table, he wanted over 10 times of the amount that Floyd Green handled it for. Floyd Green can also handle the tax filing papers associated with a 501c3. I intend for them to do so. All the folks who have contacted me from Floyd Green have been extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They have also been very nice and patient with me. Comments: Thank you! Thank you! Thank you! Floyd Green Financial Services! I just got my 501(c)(3) certification -- it took only 3 months from when I mailed the Form 1023 to the IRS. After hearing of other nonprofits waiting from 6 to 18 months, I never expected to get this back approved so soon. The FGFS associates that worked with me were real pros. All were very knowledgeable, extremely helpful and made the process very easy. Most importantly, they eliminated any anxieties over whether or not I'd filled out the 1023 correctly. And the cost was much, much less than if I would have used an attorney. I strongly and enthusiastically recommend FGFS to anybody starting a non profit business. |
