Comments: In 2012, I had already obtained TEIN from IRS and had my non-profit organization registered, but I didn't have 501 (C) (3) Letter of Determination. I thought it will take several months to get it so I didn't do anything about it and couldn't also use the non-profit organization. In 2015, finally, I decided to find a professional help and got assurance from Floyd Green. They reviewed my documents and updated the State requirements. To my surprise within the 4 to 6 weeks that Floyd promised, I now have the letter of Determination needed to operate a recognized nonprofit organization. Thank you!

Comments: I highly recommend Floyd Green Financial Services to anyone desiring to establish an organization with 501(c)(3) status. I searched the internet several hours looking into companies to establish our non-profit. I talked with our CPA firm of 25+ years and to several attorneys about doing this for us after I tried to tackle the paper work myself. I was told they would be happy to do it but it may take up to 2 weeks to complete the application because they don't do this type of work. I have had the pleasure of working with Floyd Green Financial Services to establish 2 non profits and receive the 501(c)(3) status without any difficulty. I started the process on September 29th 2015 and by October 28th, 2015 i received my Determination letter approving my organization's 501(c)(3) status.
