They kept me up to date with their progress as they worked to process my 501c3. They really did make the entire process timely, and easy. They come highly recommended.
Comments: WOW... 5-weeks... I had contacted a few companies to assist us with our 501c(3) filing and chose Floyd Green due to their response time to my queries. I have not been disappointed in my decision. We had one hiccup early on and Ksenia guided me through my end of the issue and a resolution was seen very quickly. Comments: In 2012, I had already obtained TEIN from IRS and had my non-profit organization registered, but I didn't have 501 (C) (3) Letter of Determination. I thought it will take several months to get it so I didn't do anything about it and couldn't also use the non-profit organization. In 2015, finally, I decided to find a professional help and got assurance from Floyd Green. They reviewed my documents and updated the State requirements. To my surprise within the 4 to 6 weeks that Floyd promised, I now have the letter of Determination needed to operate a recognized nonprofit organization. Thank you!

Comments: I highly recommend Floyd Green Financial Services to anyone desiring to establish an organization with 501(c)(3) status. I searched the internet several hours looking into companies to establish our non-profit. I talked with our CPA firm of 25+ years and to several attorneys about doing this for us after I tried to tackle the paper work myself. I was told they would be happy to do it but it may take up to 2 weeks to complete the application because they don't do this type of work. I have had the pleasure of working with Floyd Green Financial Services to establish 2 non profits and receive the 501(c)(3) status without any difficulty. We also get emails about tips to help the organization run smoothly. The money spent was well worth it!!

I started the process on September 29th 2015 and by October 28th, 2015 i received my Determination letter approving my organization's 501(c)(3) status.
