Comments: I would like to send a big thank you to Floyd Green Financial Services. I recently contacted Floyd to assist us with the 501(c)(3) set up after trying to complete the 1023-EZ myself. Floyd Green completed the 1023-EZ form and submitted it to the IRS. I was informed that it would take approximately 5-6 weeks, but much to my surprise it only took 2 1/2 weeks. WINS, Inc. was granted tax exempt status. I will definitely use their service again! The service received was prompt and professional. Ksenia & Jasmine responded to emails very quickly. Core Excel Development Group Inc. operates in the state of California and wanted to work with a financial group here, but could not find the right group. I had the exact opposite experience with your company and your services. Everything was done exactly as you said it would be done, it was easy, and we received our Letter of Determination in half the time you said it would take. Kudos to Jasmine and your entire team.
Comments: On behalf of the Discover U Project, I want to thank you and Floyd Green Financial Services for your great work and outstanding customer service. You all have been friendly, supportive and very efficient. We engaged FGFS on 29/Nov/15, WY Nonprofit Corporation status was granted on 18/Dec/15 and the IRS Determination Letter is dated 05/Jan/16. Furthermore, I am responsible for a one week delay between engaging your services and the WY incorporation. Wow, that was so very fast! FGFS estimate was 5-6 week turnaround at the IRS. Our experience was much quicker. You all submitted our 1023EZ on 23 Dec 15 and IRS issued the determination on 5 Jan 16. A very pleasant surprise and quick turn around, indeed. I close with our abundant thanks for your guidance and good work! As we grow, Floyd Green Financial Services will be at the top of our list when we are looking for an amazing CPA firm to keep us on the path.
Comments: I had the paperwork in my possession for almost 27 months but it was just too much paperwork and too time consuming. So a week before the deadline, I had FGF complete the paperwork. They tealized I had incorrectly filed with the Sec of State as well so they also amended that and submitted my docs to the IRS before the deadline. Within 3 weeks, I had the IRS approval. Jasmine and Ksenia were so kind and knowledgeable. They also kept me informed throughout tbe entire process. Services were wonderful!
Comments: We were dreading the expensive and time consuming process of getting a 501(c)3 designation for our public service group. Then we found a link to Floyd Green. They were very helpful, reasonable, professional and lightning fast! It took us awhile to get our stuff together, but once we got it to Floyd Green, we had our approval in no time! I would highly recommend using them.

We have heard of faith based organizations getting responses years later. We hired Floyd Green to help, assist and get this process done.
