Comments: Please let me start out by saying I was skeptical at first to have an online company prepare my request for a 501c3 status. Boy was I WRONG!! The service, expertise, professionalism, courtesy and most importantly they were hundreds of dollars cheaper than my accountant who barely knew what he was doing. Every staff contact was professional and efficient. The staff is never too busy to patiently answer our inquiries without having to wait 'on hold' because: "We are experiencing high call volume...thank you for your patience." Comments: I hired FGFS to help me file my non-profit corporation with the state of Florida and IRS. Floyd Green Financial Services exceed my expectations in every way possible. Order of events: Sent FGFS state documents on 2/22, was told it would take 2-3 weeks to complete the process with the state of Florida. Received the filed documents from the state on 3/9. Sent FGFS the required documentation to receive 501c3 status from the IRS on 3/9. Received 501c3 acceptance letter from the IRS on 3/17. Comments: I found out about FGF searching for help to start a non profit. I worked with Jasmine. She is a very nice and thorough young lady. I paid my fees on 2/19/2016. I did the long application not the ez form. I was told it would take up to a year. But I preferred the long form. On 5/09/2016. I was sent my approval letter from the IRS. I so appreciate the help for Floyd Green. I never would have gotten the approval letter this fast on my own. Just shy of 3 months, the 1023 long form. Who does that? Well the answer to that question is FGF Services, did that. I am truly grateful and blessed. Thank you Jasmine for helping me along the way and Thank you Floyd Green. I will be using you again soon.
