Comments: I was originally introduced to Floyd Green Financial Services while I was a member of the "For Profit", Soar Truckee, Inc., Gliderport, who wanted to convert to a "Non-Profit" IRC 501c(3) organization, now known as Truckee Tahoe Soaring Association, so that we could shore up our financial base by accepting tax deductible donations from our members. The "conversion" was somewhat complicated due to the fact that we had some existing shareholders who had made significant monetary contributions to the "STI" organization and we felt that it was only fair to find a means in which not only to make them whole, but we also had to deal with the hurtle in transferring significant assets from one entity to the other, that dealt with a lot of accounting issues...
