Comments: I started my charity a couple years ago called The Autism Zone. Unfortunately my regular business was keeping me very busy and did not have time to work on my charity like I wanted to. Then this spring things started moving and right around tax time we got a few good donations. Also right about then we got notified by the IRS that my 501(c)(3) was canceled because I failed to send in my tax form. We got these donations worth a few thousand dollars and gave a promise to people that a tax deduction was available. I needed to get this fixed right away and I mean retroactively. That's when decided to hire Floyd to fix things up. I sent an email over explaining everything. I got a phone call back that afternoon and sent Floyd everything he needed right away. They notified me a couple days later that they had sent the forms in and in 3 days my letter of approval and forgiveness by the IRS came in the mail and I was much relieved.
