Comments: I just want to give a testimony of my positive experience with Floyd Green Financial Services. I had pondered the decision to apply for a nonprofit status over the course of a few years. I finally decided to do it back in the summer, I began to look online for companies who could help me through the process. I am not sure how I came across Floyd Green's name as I am in San Francisco Bay area and they are located in Atlanta. However, I emailed an interest to them and I got a non-pressured response from Ksenia O'Connor. I sat on the quote she supplied me with for another few weeks. After that, Ksenia O'Connor, emailed me and asked if I was still interested. We started the paperwork in Oct, about 5 weeks to this date and it was a very easy process. They asked a few questions about my business, and then they did all the work. I've been certified by the State Already, I am just waiting on the Feds to give me the ok, however, I can proceed going after grants according to the IRS website. I only wished that I did this a few years back, so don't make the same mistakes I made, let Floyd Green Financial handle this even if you are capable of handling it yourself.
