Comments: We couldn't be more pleased with FLOYD GREEN SERVICES. We were very lost after multiple dead ends trying to make foundation tax exempt, after only one day, a representative contacted us, and we were on our way. No hassle, and no non-sense, within 6 weeks, we were 501c3 tax exempt. Now we can gather grants and large donations in our fight against Alzheimer's. Thank you Floyd Green Services.!!
Comments: I met with a representative from Floyd Green Financial Services on Nov. 21st. I received my 501c3 approval notice Dec. 12th (effective 11/24/2014). This has been such an easy experience that it's almost unbelievable. I will definitely recommend their services to anyone!
Comments: I recommend Floyd Green Financial Services to anyone seeking a 501c3. The staff is so friendly and they are super efficient and fast. They processed the necessary forms and submitted immediately. The process was quick and easy. I so appreciate their services and wouldn't use anyone else in the future for similiar services.
Comments: Floyd Green Financial Services made the whole process for obtaining 501c3 status for our non-profit extremely simple and pain free. Of course, they also have best possible rates for these services which would be greatly appreciated by all cash strapped non-profit organizations. However, best part of the whole process was ease of communication with the staff. I deeply value their service and would use them for any future transactions as well.
Comments: I'm glad I found Floyd Green Financial Services! I was a little skeptical being they were in another state and it was all online but once I contacted the agency and did some research I found out they were a legitimate company. The process was a breeze and they told me exactly what I needed to get for them on my end and they took care of the rest. I was stressed about getting this done for our volunteer fire department but Floyd Green made it simple. Other fire departments hired specialty lawyers/accountants to file theirs and not only was Floyd Green cheaper but I received my certified status months before the others. Comments: I would like to give a grand "Thank You" to FLOYD GREEN FINANCIAL SERVICES for having exceeded my expectations in processing the 501c3 status for our non-profit. Other companies had asked for fees much more than FGFServices' asking fee, had a more time-consuming application process, and even had said the approval process by IRS would take much longer than what FGFServices quoted me. Initially I was very skeptic of accuracy of FGFServices' work because of fairly large differences in their claims and those of others. But when I received my 501c3 approval letter from IRS yesterday, even sooner than the time period that FGFServices had said I should receive it, obviously my doubts were cleared. It is a good feeling to be working with companies that know their field well, have smart processing system in place, and in addition to having much more reasonable fees and shorter waiting time than their competitors, have yet one more pleasant surprise for you at the end--when the result arrives sooner than they told you it would. Comments: Thanks to Floyd Green Financial Services my Nonprofit organization received its 501c(3) status approval letter yesterday 11/20/14 from the IRS. FGFS emplyees are friendly and professional. The first time I spoke to Ksenia O'Connor, I knew I was in good hands. She answered all my questions which made me feel at ease. I was not afraid to trust them with my most sensitive business information. They filled my application forms and filed them with IRS and they also did my Bylaws. well. The cost for their services is affordable compared to the other companies I tried. I will recommend FGFS to anyone and I plan to use them to file my taxes. Thank you.
Comments: After paying money and working for more than one year with another large online company to process my 501c3 application, I received a huge package of paperwork from them requesting more documents be added and then sent off to the IRS with $850. They also told me it would take up to one year before I heard back from the IRS for our approval! I did not feel comfortable with the quality of the application at all. My fellow managers and I decided we needed to seek further legal counsel to see if this application was indeed correct and would be accepted. While online trying to find a local counsel, I ran across the ad from Floyd Green Financial Services. It sounded so simple and was cheaper, so I called. After talking to my other managers, we decided to go with Floyd Green. The process was amazingly simple, quick, and required us to send in less money that we had been previously told! This definitely "felt" right to me. After we sent in our application, we began to pray that God would bless the application, have it be accepted and get it back to us in supernatural time since we had already wasted more than one year. Since my birthday was three weeks away from the time we applied, I prayed that I would receive an answer by my birthday. Not surprisingly, since God always answers pray, we received our acceptance less than 3 weeks from application date and we received it the night before my birthday! Praise The Lord and thank you Floyd Green Financial Services for being so good at what you do. May God continue to Bless you!
