Comments: I found Floyd Green's site via Google search. However, I was a little skeptical because everyone I talked to said it would take a year to get everything set up. I spent 15 to 20 minutes answering their questionnaire, and paying their fees. My organization's 501(c)3 designation by the IRS was received in less than 6 weeks. Comments: I was skeptical of Floyd Green's claims of success when I found their site via Google search. However, having put my ministry's foundation in place (bylaws, registration with the State and Federal agencies, etc.) I spent 20 minutes answering their questionnaire, and paying their fees. My 501(c)3 designation by the IRS was received in less than 4 weeks. GREAT JOB!!
Comments: Floyd Green Financial Services is the painless way to set up a 501c3. The staff is highly efficient, patient and super friendly. I received approval of my application in record time. The cost hurt a little but was well worth the investment due to the time and frustration saved by using their services. Another "extra" from Floyd Green Financial Services is the wealth of information made available free of charge that you can browse and learn. Although I live out of state, I am strongly considering using this company for my personal and business taxes. I recommend Floyd Green Financial Services without reservation.

Comments: We started to become a nonprofit organization when providentially I came upon Floyd Green Financial Services. I asked permission from our board to explore using their services which turned out to be our best decision. We spent more time putting together the information required for the NP status than the actual time for it to be approved. I was impressed about what they knew about Michigan protocol. Any question that I asked was promply answered. After we filed the paper work we were done in one month. I had heard many horror stories of folks trying to do this on their own which took much intense labor and at least a year or more. They were a blessing to our group and it was well worth the money.
