I am extraordinarily pleased with the professional response from Mr. Green and his team. He filed my nonprofit with the state, obtained the EIN, completed the 501c3 paperwork with by-laws and returned them to me quickly for me to send in to the IRS.
The IRS sets an expected 180 days (6 months) from date of receipt for approval.
The IRS received my documents 7/15/19 and cashed my check 7/18/19.
I was extremely surprised and happy to receive my 501c3 designation letter yesterday (8/19/19) with an approval date of 8/15/19.
