Comments: For years, I have been wanting to start a nonprofit organization, but I did not know how to get it started. I asked around, and I ended up getting discouraged. A few companies gave me quotes of 3k and up, and they required me to write up some of my documents. In addition to the high cost, they did not seem confident in my approval. I was simply told that there are no guarantees. I attempted to do it on my own, but I did not get far because it was not my area of expertise. Finally a friend recommended Floyd Green CPA. From the 1 st call I felt confident that they could get it done. The fact that they were very confident in their work, gave me the confidence that I needed to move forward with my dream. Every thing was laid out and the fees were extremely affordable. I filled out a short application and they did the rest. Jordan Cromer was very professional, returned all of my calls and provided answers to my questions. They met every deadline that they promised me, and I did not pay a penny more than I was quoted. My only regret is not contacting Floyd Green CPA sooner. Highly recommended.

Comments: I am extraordinarily pleased with the professional response from Mr. Green and his team. He filed my nonprofit with the state, obtained the EIN, completed the 501c3 paperwork with by-laws and returned them to me quickly for me to send in to the IRS. The IRS sets an expected 180 days (6 months) from date of receipt for approval. The IRS received my documents 7/15/19 and cashed my check 7/18/19. I was extremely surprised and happy to receive my 501c3 designation letter yesterday (8/19/19) with an approval date of 8/15/19. THANK YOU!
