We started with an empty hand, no knowledge, did not know where to start the process to get 501(c)(3) approval. All we have is a warm heart, and dedicated time. We explained the situation to Mr. Green and his CPA group. At no time, he prepared all the required paperwork expressing our purposes for charity. He did it, we have approval letter from IRS in 45 days (a normal process was 90 days from IRS).
