Comments: After serving 6 years on Richmond Virginia's City Council I have heard many horror stories on the difficulties getting the status approved. I am here to tell you that these folks made this so simple. My group I believe doubted my telling them that we would have our status in 90 days. We got our status in 90 days plus one week.
